Creedon & Gill partner Peter J. Creedon is preparing to question a doctor in a wrongful death case where medical malpractice led to percapnic cardiac and respiratory arrest and ultimatepey to death. Our clients brother was a chest down paraplegic but a man who led an active and rewarding life. When he was hospitalized and a routine bone marrow biopsy test performed the hospital failed to fit him with the CPAP devise he used to help expel carbon dioxide from his chest any time he lay down. His carbon dioxide levels sky rocketed and he went into arrest for five minutes. When he was finally revived he needed intubation and mechanical ventilation to breathe. He fought vailiantly for nine months to get better, but in the end lost his life.
